Confirmed Lil Wayne Wore Women

You all sawwhatWeezyworeat the VMAs, right? LETS TALK ABOUT THOSE PANTS. The leopard print jeans were so crazy (and so tight) that it has everyone talking. Not because theyre stylish, but because theyre AWESOMELY HORRIBLE. Theres even aLil Wayne JeggingsTwitter. Well, we found out what he was wearing and they are WOMENS JEGGINGS!WOMENS.JEGGINGS. The brand loved by punk rockers everywhere,Tripp NYC, has confirmed on theirFacebook pagethat the YMCMB rapper was indeed wearing their pants. You can buy themhere for $44. Just make sure to get a very very large size so that you can sag in those tight ass jeans, just like Wayne. Dont blame us if people laugh at you.

,lil-wayne,vmas,jeggings,leopard-print-pants

WTFYW? Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith in Levis Jackets with Louis Vuitton Sleeves and Furry Monster Boots

Out of all the bitty boy bullet shion clothes yall put up here yall say something about lil Wayne? Yall reachin

Weezy is the best rapper alive though. Rock stars wear makes up and eye liner. Weezy wore a pair of pants and pulled it off like a G tho hahah Complex FAIL

I love Lil Wayne as an artest, but he didnt pull SHIT off he looked horrible and wore girls clothing...smh. Look if your llooking for someone who can dress in the game its DRAKE.

PAHAHAHA @ Best Rapper Alive. He doesnt even write his own lyrics. Kanyes not the best and he passes this weak ass rapper. Im STILL convinced his record label bought back Carter 3 because I NEVER hear his music, no one in Philadelphia is playing Lil Waynes stuff. Its not hot. Wayne is nothing compared to Jay-Z, Busta, Tupac, Eminem, Dre and hell never be close cause helil waynes a businessman (a good one who knows how to sell his product) but hes no Emcee and he never will be. Also, I dont care he wore jeggings. I do however find it ridiculous that he wore them like gay men in prison do showing his ass to millions of americans. Atleast emo boys wear them the right way. Skinny jeans are meant to be tight... theres no way you can make them better other than NOT WEARING THEM.

Best rapper alive? Nope. Does rock stars wearing make up and eye liner make up for what wayne did? Nope. Its still gay. And no, its not G.

that aint swagg didnt you hear hov say he started swagg you aint never see him wit that on tight jeggins is for rockers hiphop was repped by jeans, fitted caps and jackets(starter)...no man should have on these tight ass pants might as well rock ruffles

hiphop is not based on how you dress. its based on self expression. lil wayne clearly has a sense of shion that stands out and expresses himself through it.most people needed to know if they were girl pants or not to decide if they looked cool.and its ignorant to say hes attracted to men based off how he dresses.that nigga got es and fucced lauren london. stop bein stupidpeople always hate when someone does something different or not normal

Yeah old works for him I guess. 20+ years in the game and Watch The Throne sold out in Philadelphia before the album even RELEASED. Before people even heard the content that he would use for the show they went You know, I think this will be good and spend $150-300 on a ticket. Wayne was here in early August and there were still front row seats available, local radio shows telling people every 2 minutes about tickets being available AND he begged Nicki Minaj to come off tour with Britney Spears for the show... and he STILL couldnt fill an arena. Obviously Wayne is the better artist.

Ummm...care to point out where anybody confirms their womens jeggings? The company says those are their pants, but makes absolutely no mention of them being jeggings or womens at all. The karmeloop page is indeed some womens pants in a similar pattern, but made of a different material and dont come a size anywhere as large as the ones wayne had on.

if you click on the link to the clothing company, it lists them as womens pants available in a size 7.

Yeah, i didnt see any actual confirmation of them being womens other than the company makes a womans pant in a similar pattern. Seems like a misleading headline, but Im sure theyll get plenty of traffic off of this. Hip Hop journalism isnt much on actual ct checking

@Common SenseWell considering the only leopard print pants Tripp NYC sells is womens and do happen to be jeggings all signs point to thats what he was wearing.

dam dis nigga is a ing ggot 4real his music is ing trashdis nigga is not hip hop dis nigga needs to die but ing 15 year old white ggots are still buying his shiity music GTFO

"I have often wondered why there arent more mash-ups featuring the music of Phoenix. They have a very energetic, bouncy sound that is hard not to dance to, especially in songs like Lasso, 1901, and Lisztomania, the latter so catchy that Ive noticed a certain car commercial basically ripping it off recently.

Tumblewoof must agree that Phoenix is mashable, because hes paired up the French indie rockers with rapper Lil Wayne. This combination doesnt sound at first like it would work; rap vs. rock mash-ups work so well because of the inherent tonelessness of most hip-hop. Lil Wayne sings more than he raps.

However, this mash-up EP is perfect. Tumblewoof doesnt just take two songs and put them together. He completely remixes the components, folding them back on each other. The individual pieces are hardly unrecognizable, but they feel new.

So what Tumblewoof, a DJ I hadnt even heard of until last week, has done is a great thing in his first EP. He manages make mash-ups worthy of the likes of Max Tannone and Tom Caruana. Tumblewoof takes Phoenixs most mous songs and divorces them from their original context, combining them with Lil Waynes sometimes ridiculous braggadocio. The DJ even makes Weezys Mrs. Officer sound less like a parody of R&B.

Id point out the highlights of this EP, but with only 5 songs, the whole thing is a highlight. Stuntin Like 1901 is probably my vorite track here, but they are all damn good."

The book, called Gone Till November, is due to be released later this year.

The memoirs will feature Lil Wayne&039;s thoughts on mily, children and the people he has met in his lifetime, Grand Central Publishing said.

The 29-year-old, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, has also written about his plans for the future.

Baltimore concert venues seeing high-volume ticket sales

R&B singer Sade opened her tour in Baltimore in June, playing at the 1st Mariner Arena. The concert was the arenas top money-maker of the year./)

When Elton John played1st Mariner Arenalast year, his first city performance in more than a decade, over 12,000 ns packed the arena.

Sade, opening her first American concert in just as many years, drew an audience just as big later in the summer, and became 1st Mariners highest grossing show of 2011.

At Rams Head, the demand to see pop singer Robyn, who was playing her only regional show, was so large that some bus companies set up trips from Washington to Baltimore for the night.

These acts — and other marquee names, like Lil Wayne, Rihanna anlil wayned The Pogues — helped Baltimore concert venues defy national odds to have one of their best years in recent memory.

While ticket sales dropped across the country — the top 100 tours lost about 14 percent of their audience, according to trade magazine Pollstar — Baltimore venues over performed, exceeding their own numbers from 2010:Rams Head Liveand Rams Head on Stage both made a list of the top 30 clubs in the country;1st Mariner Arena, nearly 50 years old, was the highest grossing of its size. And the trend also extended to small clubs like theOttobar.

Managers attribute the success to the diversity of the acts, getting more competitive with other regional venues, and the economy.

Theres also the growing perception among artists that Baltimore isnt a tertiary market anymore, and shows here can sell. Thats good news for ns, who can expect more top-shelf acts to play Baltimore instead of skipping it in vor of Washington, as was routine, promoters say.

Weve just gotten more opportunities to perform well, says Mark Mangold, marketing director atRams Head Live. And weve answered the call.

The concert industry came into 2011 shaken by disastrous sales the year before — for the first time since 1995, total revenues declined, to $4.25 billion, according to Pollstar.

Everyone pushed the envelope, in terms of ticket prices, and the number of shows on the road, and the public wasnt ready for that, says Pollstar editor Gary Bongiovanni.

Though the industry increased revenues last year, ticket sales continued to drop, to a 35.67 million, a two percent dip. The discrepancy can be attributed to the cost of tickets.

We would have thought prices would stabilize or come down, but thats not what we found, Bongiovanni says. The industry grossed more money but it did it by selling fewer and more expensive tickets, he says.

Baltimore proved the exception to the rule — 1st Mariner sold 40,000 more tickets than the year before, for a total of over 164,000 — the top-selling venue of its size, according to Billboard magazine.

AndRams Head Liveand Rams Head on Stage in Annapolis each sold 20,000 more tickets than in 2010, according to Pollstar. For Rams Head, that meant it was the 9

top-selling club in the country.

At these venues, and smaller ones that Pollstar doesnt track, managers say the surge in sales isnt due to a higher number of shows or more expensive tickets. They say they owe their good fortune to a combination of ctors, starting with competing more aggressively with other venues.

Frank Remesch, general manager at 1

Mariner, has resorted to incentives to attract bands. When Sade was looking for an American city to open her first tour in a decade, Remesch didnt charge them rent for using the arena for around five days. He also didnt charge them for marketing the show.

I have Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and D.C. to compete with. Theyre all big boys, he says. So I have to throw in these other things.

The strategy has worked out. Even without paying rent, he still made money on the Sade show — it was the venues highest grossing of the year.

Economics is still the heaviest weight on the scale, he says. When theres an event thats going 13-14,000 seats, and I can give them enough of a deal to offset the amusement tax, and I make it an enjoyable experience for them to set up, its gonna make these people want to come back.

By Hillary Crosley, with reporting by Rahman Dukes and Jayson Rodriguez

11:33Young Money insider postsfirst photo of a free Lil Wayne, while Nicki Minaj, Mack Maine and Cortez Bryant share their thoughts. FREE AT LAST! Bryant tweeted. Ya heard me yea!

10:47Young Money/Cash Money crew spotted entering Manhattan hotel.

8:35A spokesperson for inmate information at Rikers Island confirmed to MTV News thatLil Wayne has been discharged. We are currently tailing a Department of Corrections bus headed into Manhattan.

8:00A caravan of some eight vehicle (Maybachs, Phantoms and Escalades) left a Manhattan hotel where other members of the Young Money/Cash Money camp -- including Nicki Minaj -- have been spotted.

Lil Wayne had been scheduled to be released early Thursday morning (November 4) after an eight month sentence stemming from a 2007 gun arrest after a concert at Manhattans Beacon Theater.

Between the hours of 1 - 2 a.m. ... WEEZY IS COMING HOME, Draketweeted. Sources close to Wayne had also maintained that the rapper will be released early Thursday.

MTV Newswas one the scene outside Rikers Island, delivering up-to-the-minute coverage ofLil Waynes releasethroughout the night, and into this morning.

7:20Most of the reporters and paparazzi have long since left, along with all of the ns who showed up to welcome Weezy home. After we were told Hes not getting out tonight, most stayed, but by now have long since left.

Another guard said, Not today. Maybe tomorrow. But definitely not today.

Then he called over another guard to corroborate his story.

For now, were going to continue to wait. When Wayne does actually get out, we want to be here.

6:07Im here until ... he gets out, on rain-soaked n, Alex Cirio, told us. Im here.

Likewise, Alex.

5:04A bunch of young women showed up in the parking lot dancing in the rain to the sounds of Weezy F. Baby.

5:02Local news vans are starting to show up now at the Rikers Island visitors parking lot.

3:57pokesman wouldnt confirm anything, but simply stated,He hasnt been released

3:36Rikers Island Corrections Officer Caraballo told MTV News, Im not a department spokesman, Im just letting you know hes not getting out tonight. Probably tomorrow.

MTV News is staying put.

3:14The officer told people here that Wayne lost a day of good time and will be released tomorrow night. Were getting a lot of conflicting information from various sources. Were working on confirming.

3:00An officer has entered the parking lot and has begun trying to clear folks out.

2:49This Rikers Island visitors parking lot is starting to feel like a club scene. Young Money songs are playing over some speakers. Girls are dressed up ...

2:46A correctiontional cility bus drove up to the gate ... then mysteriously turned around. Odd compared to how most buses have been traveling by.

2:37After a lot of movement between guards, things have quieted down. Some guards are beginning to get short with the folks lingering around Rikers. We were asked to move.

2:25Uh oh, its starting to rain.

2:10Inmates are starting to get released here at Rikers. Four young guys are waiting for the bus off of the Island. Lil Wayne will go through same process. (Find out the inside scoop by watching the MTV News video:What Happens When Wayne Leaves Rikers?)

2:07Mack Maine just tweeted Countdown.

2:03One of us just made it to the courthouse, where it all began. I spoke to two correction guards for some information but they blew me off. Thats Lil Wayne, he probably has some special arrangement, said one of the guards to me. Im assuming he meant arrangements to pick up Weezy.

2:00After a bit of excitement and movemelil waynent things have slowed down. This could be the calm before the storm. Where are you w/eezy? (C)@MissInfo

1:48The communication between guards at the visitor center and the first gate seems to be picking up.

1:44A guard just came out and asked us if we had any cameras on us. The show may be starting soon.

1:38A correction officer just exited his vehicle. His lights are flashing and he stopped a car from leaving. It looks like hes preparing to be an escort? It seems like something is brewing.

1:28A correctiontional cility bus just pulled away from the back of the Rikers building with one guy inside, who looked like he had long hair. Weezy? We couldnt quite make it out.

1:26The drop off location may have changed.

1:23Thats a definite yes to Wayne still located inside Rikers Island, were by the door!

1: 17According to sources, Lil Wayne is still inside Rikers Island.

1:00Fans (pictured at left) are starting to show up.

12:55A lot of cars zipped out of the cility at midnight. We think there was a schedule change. Were waiting for Mr. Carter.

12:41Were on Rikers Island now. Its quiet with only one car of ns so r.

12:21Weve just boarded the Q100 bus to Rikers Island. There are only a few folks riding along, catch us on the other side.

12: 00Will Weezy take an MTA bus out of Rikers Island? Stay tuned.

11: 46Just arrived at Rikers Island. Our crew is convening and Weezy Watch has officially begun.

11:06Just got off the QB bridge. Next stop, Rikers Island. Tunechis almost a free man.

9:47Mack and DJ Scoob Doo head out to meet Lil Wayne later tonight.

9:04Birdmans calling Mack, and the interview stops. Family members in Lil Waynes camp are pouring into New York Citys airports and scrambling into cars, headed toward an undisclosed location in Manhattan.

8:33Sways here and Macks settled onto the RapFix Live couch to talk all things Lil Wayne with MTV News.

Lil Wayne Tattoos

Below, you will find lots of pictures of Lil Wayne&8217;s tattoos. Weezy has tattoos all over his body with many different meanings, so we will try and explain all of them.

UPDATE:We post all of Wayne&8217;s latest tattoos at the bottom of this page!

You can clearly see his &8216;I Am Music&8217; and his &8216;Fleur-de-lis&8217; New Orleans symbol tattoos.

He has &8216;Baby&8217; and &8216;Slim&8217; on both shoulders and a bird for &8216;Birdman&8217;. He also has a &8216;Rolls Royce&8217; symbol on his left bicep.

You can see lots of Weezy&8217;s chest tats on the pic above including &8216;MOB&8217; which stands for &8216;Money Over Bitches&8217; or &8216;Member Of Bloods&8217;, and you can see his &8216;Cash Money&8217; tattoo which is the record label he is signed to. You can also see his big &8217;17&8242; tattoo which represents the 17th ward of New Orleans (where Wayne grew up) and he has &8216;BR&8217; and &8216;JR&8217; on each side of his navel which is short for his nickname &8220;Birdman Junior&8221;. He has &8216;Nae Nae&8217; on both arms too which is for his daughter.

The Young Money Entertainment logo on his neck and &8216;Soo Woo&8217; which is something the bloods say.

His 4 tear drops which are for the people who have been killed in his mily, &8216;Fear God&8217; and the &8216;C&8217; between his eyes which is for his mother &8216;Cita&8217; and his last name &8216;Carter&8217;.

His &8216;Hot Boys&8217; tattoo on his hands which was the name of the group he used to be a member of.

His &8216;Misunderstood&8217;, &8216;Tune&8217; (nickname) and &8216;Lucky Me&8217; tattoos, and you can even see some more vein tattoos.

He has a &8216;W&8217; and &8216;Weezy&8217; on the side of his neck which is his nickname and vorite letter from the alphabet.

He colored the star below his neck in red which also has &8216;God&8217; above it, and the bold numbers on his arm represent his date of birth.

As you can see, Lil Wayne has &8216;Piru&8217; and &8216;Damu&8217; tatted on him in red which is something to do with the bloods.

Lil Wayne tatted Trina on his finger, but he has now added a ring over it &8211; maybe to suggest that he will never get married?

Tune has &8216;I Am Pimp&8217; near his ear, and it also looks like he has a flower on his ear around his piercing with the stem on his neck.

Lil Wayne has colored &8216;Slim&8217; in red on his shoulder and it looks like he has an arrow in the inside of his ear too.

In the 2 pics above, you can see that Weezy has made a few stars on the side of his ce ultraviolet.

Tune had an &8216;I&8217; on his finger so his fingers spelt &8216;Shit&8217;, then he added &8216;Trina&8217; around his finger when they were going out with each other, then he got a ring tattooed around his finger covering up &8216;Trina&8217;, maybe to show that he is married to the rap game? And now he has got what looks like a Chinese symbol covering up everything on his third finger.

Tunechi has added two more stars to the top of his chest, and colored in the alien on his left arm green.
